The Story Behind 14 Scaffolding
14 Scaffolding was started by Aidan Hayes, a scaffolder with 14 years of hands on experience in the industry.
Aidan did not come into scaffolding from the outside. He worked his way through it properly. From the early
days on site, learning the trade from the ground up, to taking on more responsibility, leading jobs, dealing with
different site conditions and working across different tiers of scaffolding companies.
Over the years, he has seen how scaffolding should be done, and also how it should not be done.
That experience shaped the standard behind 14 Scaffolding.
Aidan has always been someone who cares about the details. The scaffold being level. The site being left tidy. The client feeling confident. The job being done safely, properly and with pride.
For him, scaffolding is not just about putting up tubes and boards. It is about creating safe access for people to work, protecting properties, and giving clients peace of mind.
After years of working for other companies, Aidan reached a point where he felt he could build something better. A company with higher standards, clearer communication and a more professional approach from start to finish. That is why 14 Scaffolding was created.
